Short version
We collect the minimum data needed to sell you an ebook and deliver it. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web.
What we collect
- Email address - to deliver your download link and updates to new editions.
- Name and billing address - if you provide them at checkout, used for tax / receipt purposes only.
- Payment data - handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic analytics - aggregate page views via privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., Plausible or Cloudflare Analytics). No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
What we don't collect
- Third-party cookies for advertising
- Browsing history from other sites
- Phone number, date of birth, or other personal info
Who we share with
- Stripe - to process your payment. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Resend (or similar email provider) - to deliver your download link.
- Hosting provider - server logs that include your IP for security purposes (deleted within 30 days).
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records and emails: 7 years (tax requirements). Analytics: aggregate only, retained indefinitely. Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request:
- A copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data (subject to tax-record retention obligations)
- To unsubscribe from any update emails

Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for checkout and session functionality. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
This service is not directed at people under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for 30 days.
